Trump drops giant truth bomb about Russia that everyone needs to hear and understand

For more than a year now we’ve been inundated with often breathless reporting from the American Pravda media that President Donald J. Trump “colluded” with Russia to “steal the election” from Hillary Clinton.

Not a few Democrats and Republicans have echoed similar concerns. Some have outright claimed they have “evidence” of it (the fake Russian “dossier” paid for by Clinton notwithstanding).

But after months and months of allegations, innuendo, speculation, and narratives no evidence whatsoever proving the outlandish claims has been provided to the public — and it would have been leaked by now if said evidence existed.

Most recently the grand leaker of them all, House Intelligence Committee Ranking Member Adam Schiff claimed, very irresponsibly, that the panel has “nonpublic evidence on this issue of collusion.”

“And I think some of that nonpublic evidence is evidence on the issue of collusion and some of that nonpublic evidence is evidence on the issue of obstruction,” he told a breakfast sponsored by The Christian Science-Monitor in Washington, D.C., last week. “So you know the short answer is yes, there is nonpublic information that I think is relevant on these issues that if I were giving you a complete picture I would include.” (Related: ENOUGH! POTUS Trump goes OFF over phony Russian collusion ‘witch hunt’; wants GOP to ‘take CONTROL’.)

In a word, BS. I’m throwing the BS flag, Mr. Schiff; there is no such thing as “nonpublic evidence” these days when it comes to information that harms our president. None. If it hurts Trump, it’s leaked, and increasingly, many people inside Congress and the White House think one of the biggest leakers is you.

So there’s that.

But the thing is, once upon a time it was comical to hear these fools talk about a Trump-Putin ‘alliance’ — because that’s what it would have been if the collusion narrative were true — to ‘steal’ the White House, making Trump a real-life Manchurian candidate.

It’s not funny anymore. In fact, it’s getting to the point that this nonsense is hurting our foreign policy, our position in the world, and even our national security, because as long as the narrative is being used as a political weapon against Trump, he isn’t free to actually try to improve U.S.-Russia relations, something that even the Obama administration and Hillary Clinton tried to do (remember the ridiculous “reset button” — which she botched, by the way).

He’s not free to address world leaders and negotiate from a position of strength because he is viewed as politically compromised at home.

He’s not free to be our leader.

Needless to say, this undermining is by design. #NeverTrumpers in the nation’s D.C. swamp don’t want Trump to succeed. In fact, they’d rather see Russia succeed.

That’s right, Russia. In effect, they are colluding with Russia in an attempt to destroy the Trump presidency, and the president himself called those people out in a tweet over the weekend that perfectly characterizes what’s going on.

“If it was the GOAL of Russia to create discord, disruption and chaos within the U.S. then, with all of the Committee Hearings, Investigations and Party hatred, they have succeeded beyond their wildest dreams. They are laughing their asses off in Moscow. Get smart America!” he tweeted.

That is precisely right. We’ve been told by the Pravda media and their Marxist Democratic allies for a year that ‘Russia is attempting to destroy our democracy’ (as if this is the first time ever that Moscow has tried to interfere in the U.S. political system). But by keeping the collusion lie alive, the #NeverTrump cabal in D.C. is assisting Vladimir Putin and harming their own president and country.

There’s a legal definition for people who do that; they are aiding and abetting our enemies.

There’s a name for people who do that: Traitor.
